Dutchess County Arts Council - Arts Fund Out of the Box Dutchess County Arts Council announces its newest fundraiser - Arts Fund Out of the Box. This series of events starts Sunday, April 27 and runs through June. Proceeds from the event series go directly to the Arts Council's Arts Fund, a community- wide partnership which brings together members from all generations, cultures, business sectors and walks of life to build the resources needed to encourage and fortify one of the region's most valuable and dynamic resource - the arts. The first of the series is "Sunday April 27 - "Points of View" by Linda T. A new collection just added is a fun view of Cows...from the far corners of the world... Cows. A new series - aerial photographs - Bannerman Island, Beacon, Mohonk and the Hudson River. In 2007, Linda flew up the Hudson River in a helicopter. She flew over Bannerman's Island and the Mohonk Mountain House ...always great to see life from a different perspective. |
