Rose Collection

Roses are a favorite flower.  My Grandfather was a member of the American Rose Society and as a young child, I was fascinated by their beautiful colors and delicate scents.  The Victorians used roses for messages.  Yellow could be friendship, white innocence and red meant true love. With my camera, I love to catch the sunlight on the rose petals.  A collection of the rose photocards always makes a nice gift.  If you have a favorite love poem, it can be combined with a photograph of the roses and given for a special anniversary.
