Cindy O'Conor - Candlewood Lake at DawnPhotograph, 17 x 11, print $75, framed $165 : One of my favorite drives is going down Rte. 39 around Candlewood Lake from Sherman. Early morning is shimmering on the water, the silence beckons the birds to get busy, soon they are chirping, and I feel that all is right with the world. | Peter Rostenberg - Spring ThawPhotograph, 14 x 11, Matted, $50 : Spring Thaw Water Flow | Neil Zobler - Waiting for Spring - SOLDPhotograph, 11 x 14, Matted Print, $85 : Waiting for Spring was taken during the first week of Spring at the Audubon Society Deer Pond Farm Sanctuary, Sherman, CT. I love taking images of reflections both in the country and city. They show there are many different ways to look at something. Often the distortion makes the image more interesting. I was looking for signs of spring when I came across this small pond, where I found remnants of last autumn with a Spring sky. |
